Can grow in free draining mix or mounted.

Colourful decorative species, particularly when blooming, with long lasting flower spike. Infloresence has up to 5 spikes with attractive green or red bracts. Petals are violet with white tips.  Pups easily.  Grows from 300-2300m so fairly adaptable, keep moderately watered and in semi shade. Likes cooler night time temperatures
