Occurs on the east coast of South Africa as well as into southeast Asia and the Pacific and parts of the southern US.

Attractive fern with long thing light green leaves with raised midrib and sori scattered on the lower leaf.

Can be  grown indoors or outdoors provided that it is planted in shade and kept moist, it also benefits from reasonable humidity levels.

Plants sold in 12 cm pots.
